The neoprene material is ridiculously soft—honestly, I keep touching it just because it feels nice. It handles my daily commute with my laptop and gym clothes without any strain, and the whole thing still looks clean after a week of use.
The neoprene material is genuinely the softest I've felt on a bag—it molds to your back nicely even when it's packed heavy. Switched from my old leather work bag to this for daily commutes and it's been holding up great so far.
Took this on a weekend flight and the neoprene is seriously the softest thing I've carried—it molded to my shoulder instead of digging in. The padding makes it feel like I'm wearing a cloud, even loaded with my laptop and a couple books.
